There’s a reason people obsess over their bikes. It’s not just the tech or the weight or the spec sheet—it’s how it all comes together. When a bike fits you perfectly, when it feels like an extension of your body, riding becomes something else entirely.
That’s always been the philosophy at 90+ Cycling. Fit first. Function always. Products selected not because they’re trendy, but because they solve real problems and deliver a better experience for real riders.
And now, we’re proud to welcome two brands into that philosophy: Time Bicycles and Mosaic Cycles. Each one brings something different. Each one represents what we believe matters in a bike. Both are available now as part of our custom build process, paired with a professional bike fit to make sure your next ride is your best ride.
“After 25 years in the bike industry and thousands of fittings, I’m still surprised how few brands make bikes with good proportions. That’s why I chose to offer smaller, rider-first brands like Mosaic and Time.
Mosaic is a full-custom titanium manufacturer based in Colorado. We send them the fit numbers, and they design and build the perfect frame—then we build it up to your spec.
Time has been around for a while, but they’ve recently opened a U.S. manufacturing facility in South Carolina. These are some of the best carbon frames in the industry—now built in the USA—and we can order the correct bars, stem, and cranks to fit our customers at no extra charge.
A custom bike at 90+ isn’t more expensive. It’s just built to ride better.”

Why Time Bicycles? Precision, Performance, and French Carbon Magic
You don’t hear about Time Bicycles every day. That’s part of the appeal.
Founded in France in the late '80s, Time doesn’t chase mass market attention. Instead, they’ve quietly earned a reputation among riders who care deeply about ride feel, handling, and quality and who know that ‘just another carbon bike’ isn’t good enough.
Time doesn’t just build bikes. They make their own carbon. They weave their own tubes. They use Resin Transfer Molding (RTM), a process that gives them better control over the carbon matrix than traditional layup methods. The result is frames with fewer voids, better strength, and—most importantly—a ride quality that feels both lively and planted.
It’s not marketing fluff. It’s engineering you can feel, especially if you’ve ever spent miles on a carbon bike that looks great but feels dull.
1, 2, 3 Times a Bike
Here are three standout models from Time’s lineup—each one chosen for the kind of rider who knows fit matters and wants more from their machine.
Time Alpe d’Huez Disc

This one’s for the climbers. Featherweight, precise, and responsive, the Alpe d’Huez is what happens when Time builds a bike for people who love elevation.
The geometry is aggressive enough to feel fast, but it doesn’t beat you up. Add in the RTM carbon layup, and you get a road bike that climbs like a goat and descends with serious confidence.
If you’re the kind of rider who seeks out hills—or just wants a bike that floats when the road tilts up—this is the one.
Time ADHX (Alpe D'Huez X)

ADHX = Alpe d’Huez X. The “X” stands for crossover—and this bike nails the all-road sweet spot. Built for riders who want to blur the line between road and gravel, the ADHX is light, fast, and built to clear 38c tires. The geometry keeps it snappy, not sleepy, and the frame design includes integrated cabling and excellent vibration damping without sacrificing stiffness.
This is the bike for riders who take the road less traveled—but don’t want to slow down doing it.
Time Scylon (Gen 2 Coming 2025)

If the Alpe d’Huez is about climbing and the ADHX is about versatility, the Scylon is Time’s straight-up aero machine and it’s getting a major refresh in 2025.
The current generation is already a favorite for riders who want a race-ready carbon bike with a planted feel and surgical handling. It's fast, aggressive, and incredibly stiff without beating you up. It also plays nice with deep wheels, Di2 or AXS setups, and serious power output.
But what’s exciting is what’s coming next. Time is preparing to launch the Scylon Gen 2—a completely reimagined frame that blends their iconic carbon weaving and RTM layup with updated geometry and more aerodynamic shaping. The Gen 2 will feature new carbon layups, improved tire clearance, and a refreshed silhouette that brings it fully into the modern era.
Whether you’re after the current Scylon’s race-day edge or want to be first in line for what’s next, it’s a model that keeps evolving—without losing the DNA that made it special.
Why Mosaic Cycles? Handmade, Titanium, Made in the USA for You.
If Time bicycles are precision carbon built with surgical control, Mosaic Cycles are raw metal, crafted by people who call themselves grubby makers—and mean it as a compliment.
Born in Boulder, Colorado, Mosaic Cycles is what happens when industrial artistry meets high-performance geometry. Every frame is welded by hand. No mass production, no fancy marketing gloss. Just honest-to-goodness craftsmanship, built to be ridden, raced, and yes—abused.
They don’t hide their welds. They want you to see them. Mosaic believes in making bikes that are as unique as the rider throwing a leg over the top tube. Whether it's titanium or steel, gravel or road, every frame that comes out of their shop is purpose-built, beautiful, and tough as hell.
They're not trying to impress you with vaporware. They build in metal. Always have. Always will. If that resonates with you—you’re already their kind of rider.
If you’ve ever dreamed of a bike that fits like it was born from your bike fit report (not from a spreadsheet or myth--you'be surprised), that’s what Mosaic is built for.
Weld, Hell Yeah: Three Mosaic Bikes Made for You
These aren’t cookie-cutter frames—they’re starting points. Each Mosaic build is personalized, but here are three base models we love working with for our riders.
Mosaic RT-1d
The RT-1d is Mosaic’s top-tier disc brake road frame—light, fast, and refined without losing its soul.

It’s built from aggressively butted, oversized titanium tubing, offering the kind of stiffness and responsiveness you’d expect from a carbon race bike—but with the smooth, stable feel only custom titanium delivers. It clears up to 30mm tires, comes with internally routed brake lines, and is made-to-order with geometry based on your exact fit data.
This bike doesn’t just handle beautifully—it lasts. It’s a dream option for riders who want to ride fast without sacrificing long-day comfort or build flexibility. Add one of Mosaic’s signature finishes (or leave the welds raw and proud), and it’s a frame you’ll want to ride—and show off—for decades.
Mosaic GT-1 45

The GT-1 45 is a gravel bike, but it’s not a tank. It’s fast, sleek, and built to go wherever your curiosity takes you—fire roads, B-roads, singletrack detours.
The “45” refers to its tire clearance: you can run big rubber for rough terrain without compromising handling. Paired with a geometry designed for comfort and control on mixed surfaces, it’s a true all-day adventure platform. And because it’s Mosaic, it still looks incredible—clean lines, flawless welds, and paint that turns heads without trying too hard.
Mosaic MT-1

This is not your dad’s hardtail.
The MT-1 is Mosaic’s top-tier titanium mountain bike, designed for riders who want fast, precise handling with just the right dose of aggression. It blends XC race efficiency with modern trail geometry—optimized for a 120–130mm fork, built to clear 29x2.4 tires, and ready to rip through technical singletrack without flinching.
What makes it different? It’s made with a lightweight, double-butted titanium tubeset and comes standard with rider-specific geometry. That means we start with your fit data—not a pre-set size run—and build around how you ride.
You’ll get exactly the right reach, stack, and handling characteristics for your body, goals, and terrain. Whether you're chasing podiums or chasing daylight, this is the kind of bike that’s worth building right from the start.
Start with the Fit, Finish with a Bike That's Uniquely Yours
Here’s the thing: Time and Mosaic aren’t just great brands. They work with how we already do things at 90+. They understand that a truly great bike isn’t just about materials or marketing—it’s about making something that fits the rider.
That’s why these brands fit right in.
When someone comes to us for a custom build, we don’t start by picking parts—we start with a pre-purchase bike fitting. It’s how we figure out what kind of geometry you need, how your body moves on a bike, what contact points matter most, and where problems might show up down the line.
Once we know you, we help you select the right model, material, and setup from brands like Time and Mosaic—brands that are built to be built around the rider.
That means:
Getting your frame geometry dialed before anything’s ordered
Selecting crank length, handlebar shape and size, and stem length on real fit data
Using tools like saddle pressure mapping and cleat alignment to fine-tune performance and comfort
Building something you won’t have to “make work”—because it already does
It’s not an off-the-shelf process. It’s a fit-first approach to custom bikes that’s designed to help you ride better—not just buy better gear.
